I’m 21 — earning six figures and only working three hours a day

A woman has revealed how her six-figure salary compensates for her extravagant lifestyle – working just three hours a day.

Ange Eb had an entrepreneurial spirit from the age of 16 when she made and sold her own lip balms, sold her clothes on resale platform Depop and baked cakes.

Now the 21-year-old Swiss earns her income as a full-time drop shipper.

Dropshipping is a method where a person or business accepts orders from customers without keeping any product on hand. The seller acts as a middleman and buys their inventory from a third party to fulfill their orders, according to Shopify.

« I don’t hold the stock, so I don’t have inventory, » she told Caters News. « At the end of the day, I’m the person between the customer who buys the product and the supplier, so I buy from the suppliers and take care of the customer service part. »

Eb lives his dream life in the comfort of his own home and only works three hours a day. She was able to give back and support her family in Cameroon.

« When I was little I always wanted to be a CEO, I just wanted to run something, » she said. « I started early, knocking on doors for people offering childcare at 14, then started making and selling lip balms at 16. »

The entrepreneur started selling her own clothes and made over $900 in her first month, which eventually doubled over time, but found she was selling her clothes quickly.

She also started a baking business which stemmed from her love for baking, but it started to overwhelm her as she was doing it alongside her full-time job. Although Eb still has the business, she has reduced her workload.

Eb discovered dropshipping after seeing a video about it on YouTube and has been doing it for about a year.

“I buy trendy products from China and resell them on my own website. I learned how to market myself and advertise myself,” she said. « It can be difficult sometimes because you always have to find products to sell, but I love it. I made money without having to leave my house, I couldn’t believe it.

Dropshipping allowed Eb to quit her previous full-time job and start making it her only job, but she had to explain it to her parents, who didn’t understand.

« My parents had no idea what I was doing when I told them I was selling products online, but once they saw the money coming in they became more interested, » he said. she explains.

Eb even employed his own mother to help him with his new business.

She also has the ability to work from anywhere in the world as long as she has her laptop and Wi-Fi, which means she can answer emails in Bali.

“The best place I’ve worked in was Bali. I was answering emails with breathtaking ocean views – it was an experience for sure,” she recalls.

The very first trip she booked when she started living lavishly was to Dubai in 2021. She was able to travel to places she had never been able to go before with her new way of life including Miami, Los Angeles, Paris, London and Milan. .

Eb admitted that she was “addicted” to the income and that she liked working for herself.

« I would say I’m addicted to making money, » she said. “When you work for someone else, you still get the same salary, but when you’re self-employed, it’s all about profit, so you get hooked and make more money, so you work a lot more. You want to work 24 hours a day, because the money is yours.
