With the resumption of business and vacation travel, Hyatt Hotels Corp., Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. and other chains are betting that travelers want hotels that help them keep up with their pandemic-inspired fitness routines on the go. More and more hotels are bragging about their Peloton bikes and private exercise rooms to lure travelers in the hope that they might actually get a workout on their next trip.
