The project involves the improvement and modernization of a two-lane highway with paved shoulders on the new NH 227B, covering the Bahuvan Madar Majha to Jagarnathpur stretch under ’84 Kosi Parikrama Marg’ in Uttar Pradesh.

The cost of the project is ₹763.11 crore and will be executed under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The construction period of the project is two years, with the set date being January 16, 2026. The company said the award and execution of the project is in the normal course of business.
Second quarter results
HG Infra Engineering reported a 35.4 per cent year-on-year decline in its net profit to ₹52.1 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to ₹80.7 crore for the corresponding period last year. The company’s operating revenue remained broadly stable, up 0.2 per cent to ₹904.5 crore from ₹902.4 crore in Q2FY25.
However, EBITDA fell 5.9% year-on-year to ₹206.2 crore from ₹219.1 crore, while margins contracted to 22.8% from 24.3%, reflecting cost pressures. Shares of HG Infra Engineering Ltd ended at ₹684.40, down ₹10.90, or 1.57%, on the BSE.
