‘GMA’ Star Ginger Zee Slams Troll Who Says She ‘Dresses Like A Whore’

She’s the chief weatherman for « Good Morning America » ​​— but Ginger Zee wasn’t feeling sunny and well when she came after a hater.

The 41-year-old meteorologist clapped a critic who accused her of « dressing and posing like a retired stripper turned prostitute ».

On Friday, Zee – whose full name is Ginger Renee Colonomos – responded directly to the troll by share a photo on twitter which showed her on the « GMA » set wearing a conservative white blouse, black cardigan and knee-length skirt.

« I miss those tough Twitter dissensions lately, » the TV star wrote in an accompanying comment. « Thanks for the smile. Now in this story you made up, when was it my turn to walk down the street? And how did I get into GMA Studios? If that’s what a stripper-turned-prostitute…I’m out of the loop.

Zee’s tweet quickly racked up hundreds of likes, along with dozens of comments from fans who praised her for her wise response.

« You always look classy to me and you look very smart and informative, » cooed a male fan.

“Bless you Ginger for your light-hearted humorous approach to rude trolls. You are a beautiful, intelligent woman. We outnumber them. another intervened.

Zee replied directly to this Twitter user. « I enjoy it so much » she says.

Indeed, it’s not the first time Zee has been attacked by online trolls, with one viewer previously claiming the mother-of-two meteorologist looks like a « prostitute » because of her hair and makeup.

Zee also responded to this hater. « I didn’t know many 80s punk/harlots as mentioned below – but sadly I can’t fire my stylist, makeup or hair – BECAUSE IT’S ME. Y’all are pumped up this Friday Love it. Also, enjoy your weekend!” she wrote.

Zee has been chief meteorologist on « GMA » since 2013.

The California-born star has been married to TV personality Ben Aaron since 2014. The couple have two sons, Adrian and Miles.
