Facebook will let users customize what goes into their timeline

Meta Platforms Inc. announced adjustments to Facebook’s News Feed on Wednesday, with the aim of giving users more control over what they see on the platform.

The social media company said users can now choose to « show less » or « show more » on posts, which will allow them to select the type of content they want on their feeds. Choosing « show less » will temporarily lower that post’s rank score, and choosing « show more » will do the opposite, Facebook said.
