Eminem unveils ‘Curtain Call 2’ album and teases new song

Guess who’s back?
Legendary rapper Eminem has announced a surprise trip down memory lane.
The ‘The Real Slim Shady’ hitmaker has announced that his second album, titled ‘Curtain Call 2’, will be released on August 5.
The compilation album follows the rapper’s 2005 record hit « Curtain Call: The Hits » and will include music from Eminem’s most recent work from 2009’s « Relapse. »
The rapper also teased an unreleased song the album will include, as well as guest appearances and songs from the film’s soundtrack.
Fans will be able to get their hands on a limited edition box set as well as autographed vinyls.
The debut album « Curtain Call » was released worldwide in December 2005 and was quickly recognized as certified Diamond in the United States. The album housed some of the rapper’s hit classics such as « My Name Is », « Stan », and « Without Me ».
The news comes on the heels of Eminem’s latest release, titled « From the D 2 the LBC » – a hit song featuring rapper Snoop Dogg.
The song — and its accompanying music video — had its world premiere on June 23 and will serve as the lead single from the rapper’s upcoming album.
The song followed the release of Eminem’s track, « The King and I », for which he teamed up with CeeLo Green. The track was part of the soundtrack to the biopic « Elvis » by Baz Luhrmann.
« Along with the two recently released songs, there will be another unreleased track in the collection, which will be revealed in the coming weeks, » according to its website.
