Edmonton Weather: Not Sure I Buy the Forecast, But I Like It

Call me a skeptic but a daytime high of 23C on Oct 13, seriously? I’m not sure I believe it.

I mean, I’m glad I’m wrong. Glad actually.

To be clear, I’m not, and never have been a meteorologist, so don’t take my word for it. It’s just my intuition. It sounds too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that seem too good to be true.

In 1964, today’s record was set at 26.7°C. The record for the month was set in 1945, on October 14, when temperatures reached 28.7°C.

I see that 28°C in the forecast for next week and I can’t help but think we’re living in a weird world.
