Take time to bundle up and give yourself extra time on the roads because this forecast is a recipe for slippery roads.

There are more than 2,600 people homeless in the city today, according to Homeward Trust Edmonton, and it’s cold snaps like these that can prove dangerous for those living outside. Keep them in your thoughts today, or perhaps consider making a donation to one of the local Edmonton charities – Boyle Street, Bissell Centre, Mustard Seed, Hope Mission and Salvation Army – that may have need supplies during these times.
