Dimitri Tsingakis named CEO of Eastern Industrial Association

Dimitri Tsingakis has been appointed President and CEO of the Industrial Association of East Montreal (AIEM).
Created in 1960, the AIEM harmonizes industrial activities in the urban environment of the East of Montreal and aims to develop the industry in a more sustainable way. Dimitri Tsingakis, previously Director General, has been with the Association for 17 years now.
« This mark of confidence on the part of the board of directors testifies in particular to the importance and tenacity of Mr. Tsingakis in promoting the industrial potential of eastern Montreal, » said the AIEM in a press release.
An engineer by training, the new CEO is a specialist in modeling and process engineering. He has also been President of the Pointe de l’Île Foundation since 2019.
« He wants to meet the community and support its development, » the statement added.
The new CEO says he intends to take advantage of his experience and his new responsibilities to ensure the vitality of his members and the region in this period of transition, towards a more sustainable future.
