The production, which premiered in Montreal in 2007, will be presented from August 25 to September 25 under the marquee at Place des Festivals in Zibi.
A more traditional undertaking for Cirque du Soleil, the production will feature wire acts, contortionists, trapeze artists, unicycles and clowns. Its plot depicts the journey of self-discovery of a character called the Innocent and its title is inspired by the Sanskrit word for “box” or “treasure chest.”
For Club Cirque members, tickets went on sale Tuesday at clubcirque.com. General admission tickets will be available starting April 25 at cirquedusoleil.com/kooza.
