Charli XCX ‘The Moment’ Cast Includes Kylie Jenner and Rachel Sennott

Charli XCX has another “moment” on the way, and she has star power on her side.

Nine months after A24 first confirmed the pop star would star in the Aidan Zamiri-directed project The Moment, Charli shared a teaser for the film on Thursday, revealing a star-studded cast including Rosanna Arquette, Kate Berlant, Rachel Sennott, Kylie Jenner and Alexander Skarsgård, among others. The project is expected to hit theaters in 2026.

The teaser contains no footage from the film beyond sharing the cast list, with Jamie Demetriou, Arielle Dombasle, Hailey Benton Gates Drew Mullen, Mel Ottenberg, Richard Perez, Isaac Powell, Rish Shah, Tish Weinstock, Michael Workéyè, Shygirl and AG Cook also among the names shared.

Cook, the record producer who has long worked with Charli, also provides music for the film.

The moment was written by Aidan Zamiri and Bertie Brandes and is based on an original idea by Charli. A press release shared Thursday gives a brief synopsis: “A rising pop star navigates the complexities of fame and industry pressure while preparing for her arena touring debut. »

Following its cultural phenomenon with Kid last year, Charli is now strengthening her cinematic notoriety. Apart The Moment, she also starred in the film directed by Peter Ohs Erupcja.
