The Fund makes monthly distributions consisting in whole or in part of a return of capital (ROC) of the net asset value per unit. An ROC reduces your original investment amount and may result in the full amount of your original investment being returned to you. ROC that is not reinvested will reduce the fund’s net asset value, which may reduce the fund’s ability to generate future income. You should not draw any conclusions about the investment performance of the fund from the amount of this distribution.
