California’s largest school district is Bucks DEMS, adopts the prohibition of trans athletes in sports for girls

California’s largest school district has adopted a resolution that would prohibit transgender athletes from playing in girls sports.

The Kern High School District, which serves around 40,000 students in Bakersfield, voted 3-2 in favor of a resolution that would result in the district in accordance with the rules of title IX of the Trump administration, which prohibit men who identify like women to participate in the sports of girls.

But the resolution also puts the district in contradiction with the legislature led by the Democrats of the State and the radical governor Gavin Newsom.

The president of the Chino School Board Valley Unified District of Education, Sonja Shaw, wrote the resolution.

“I have the author of this resolution to be the voice of our communities – to stay with our daughters and protect the truth that should never have been reduced to silence. The boys are boys. Girls are girls. God made them beautiful as they are. It’s time to put fairness, truth and common sense in education, “said Shaw, according to Fox News.

The Shaw district has also adopted such a resolution.

Chino and Kern are part of a large number of Californian schools adopting similar resolutions. To date, 14 other school districts – for a total of 16 – have adopted resolutions to prohibit trans athletes to comply with the rules of Trump IX.

The districts act in opposition to the state law, adopted in 2013, which allows transgender athletes to choose the sex in which they wish to play.

The revolt against transgender athletes develops in the extreme left state.

Recently, eight women’s volleyball teams refused to play against Jurupa Valley High, who allowed a transgender player to join his women’s team.

Several girls have filed a complaint against the district and the state.

Three girls, two Catholics and a Muslim, also filed a complaint against Jurupa Unified School District (JUDED), California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and California Department of Education (CDE), alleging that they were offended and their religious principles soiled when a boy was authorized to use the room of girls.

Two of the girls, Alyssa McPherson and Hadeel Hazameh, said he had left the team for their religious objections and their discomfort for having a wandering boy in the girls’ locker rooms.

“The applicants were intimidated by an intentionally hostile environment created by the defendants in which they were victims of intimidation by school officials to censor their objections to competition with a man and a man and to share intimate and private spaces with a man,” said the trial.

“Their faith emphasizes the modesty, dignity and honor of gender distinctions which must comply with his biological sex in practice and identity,” adds the trial.

California’s radical and left governor Gavin Newsom refused to take responsibility for the issue and, in response to boycotts, said that he had not made the trans rule and said that if the state’s legislature wanted to change it, they could. However, he did not say that if he would sign such a bill, and as he supported trans ideology in schools, it is very doubtful that he would sign a subsequent prohibition of trans athletes.
