Brazil’s central bank to renew currency swaps expiring in November

BRASILIA — Brazil’s central bank said Wednesday it will hold auctions starting Thursday to rollover more than $15.2 billion in traditional currency swaps maturing Nov. 1.
In a statement, the central bank said daily traditional swap auctions would be held for as long as needed for expiring stock to be fully replenished.
