Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has released its first list of 11 candidates for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. As it bowed in the state, the party announced that it would contest all 243 constituencies in the state.

The announcement was made by AAP’s Bihar incharge Ajesh Yadav at a press conference in Patna. The announcement came immediately after Bihar Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar released the poll schedule.

At the press conference, Yadav said the party was confident of replicating its model of governance from Delhi and Punjab to Bihar. “We have an approved model of growth and governance. The work done by the Aam Aadmi Party is being discussed across the country. People hailing from the Purvanchal region had contributed immensely to our victory in Delhi,” Yadav said.

“Our national in-charge Arvind Kejriwal asked if they could help us form a government in Delhi, so why not in Bihar?” He said.

आज बिहार में प्रेसवार्ता कर आम आदमी पार्टी के प्face बैठक में पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष, सह प्रभारी और अन्य पदाधिकारी गण मौजूद रहे।
