Affected by a water main break, the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville will not be able to host Friday’s duel between the Colorado Avalanche and the Predators.

This technical problem thus caused the postponement of this duel between the two teams of the Central section of the National Hockey League. The Bettman circuit announced on Twitter that a new date for the meeting would be established as soon as possible.

If it is impossible to solve this major plumbing problem by Saturday, it is also possible that the game scheduled between the “Preds” and the Columbus Blue Jackets will be postponed.

The Avalanche (11-6-1) sit second in their section, three points behind the Predators (9-9-2) and sixth. Both teams lost their last games to the Vancouver Canucks and Detroit Red Wings respectively.
