Aubrey Plaza can currently be seen in the second season of HBO’s acclaimed comedy “The White Lotus,” with upcoming projects including Francis Ford Coppola’s highly anticipated “Megalopolis” and the Disney+ spin-off of “WandaVision,” “Agatha: Coven of Chaos”, centering on the witch Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn.
In a new interview with In the wings magazine’s “In the Envelope: The Actor’s Podcast,” Plaza makes his first public remarks about his yet-to-be-revealed role in what will be his entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ – haven’t talked about it yet,” Plaza shared.
“He’s a fun character. I’ll just say, speaking of protests…it all falls into place for me with that part,” she explained, revealing that the opportunity to work with the show’s star is the reason why she signed on for the series.
“Kathryn Hahn is a friend of mine; I have known her for years. We shared some on-screen moments in “Parks and Recreation” 10 years ago, but I never really worked with her. She is one of the most amazing actresses working today. She’s one of my friends. She speaks my language. Being able to get on screen with her and go along with her is what drives me,” Plaza explained.

“I think it’s cool that it’s Marvel and all that,” she added, “but I’m really interested in working with Kathryn Hahn.”
