Annual coverage and driving in cold weather in progress to support northern residents in Alabama

North Alabama – (WHNT) – Annual coverage and a gear in cold weather take place to help support residents in northern Alabama.

The speed driving on cold weather will accept the following items for donations:

  • Covers
  • Coats / jackets
  • Gloves / socks
  • Thermal underwear
  • Sleeping bags
  • Slide
  • Sweatshirts / Pants
  • Scarves

Donations of the above items can be placed in the following locations:

Huntsville::

  • Progressive Union Mb Church – 1919 Brandontown Road
  • Episcopal church St. Stephen – 8020 Whitesburg Drive
  • Church of the Nativity, Episcopal – 208 Eustis avenue
  • Manna House – 2110 S. Memorial Parkway (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
  • First Stop Inc. – 206 Stokes Street
  • The Emergency Refuge of the Salvation Army – 305 Seminole Drive SW
  • Centraide of the county of Madison and the participating agencies – 701 Andrew Jackson Way Ne

Madison

  • St. Matthews Episcopal Church-786 Hughes Road (Please use the BAC in Breezeway)

Decade

  • Hands through Decatur- 1027 5th avenue

Sweetly used or new adult size elements are only accepted. Donations can be made from October-February.
