An assistant coach of Bill Belichick in North Carolina was suspended

This goes from the worst to Clusterfudge to Chapel Hill.

Bruce Feldman of Theathletic.com reports that one of the assistants of the North Carolina coach, Bill Belichick, was suspended.

This punishment was imposed on the first -year secondary coach and the recruitment analyst Armond Hawkins, who came to UNC with the defensive coordinator Steve Belichick of Washington.

Hawkins, according to the report, offered additional advantages by giving family members a passenger player to a match. (Given how the Tar Heels have played, is it really an “advantage”?))

Feldman does not mention if and to what extent Belichick knew the additional advantages.
