A spectacular victory for the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada


The Blainville-Boisbriand Armada crowned an unexpected comeback in the shootout on Saturday at Complexe Branchaud-Brière, winning 7 to 6 against the Gatineau Olympiques in a preseason game.

The team from the North Shore of Montreal erased a 6-3 deficit at the end of the duel to force an extension. Josh Lawrence had an inspired game for the visitors, completing his hat trick with 36 seconds left on the clock to tie the game.

Mikaël Denis also stood out by scoring two goals and an assist, while Alexis Brisson was an accomplice to three successes.

For the hosts, Donovan Arsenault led the charge with two goals and an assist.
