A motorcyclist died after an accident in northwest Toronto – Toronto

Toronto police say a motorcyclist died following an accident in north Toronto on Thursday.

Emergency crews were called to Skyway Avenue and Dixon Road around 7:20 p.m. to report a serious collision.

Acting Inspector Craig Young told reporters the collision happened on the south side of Skyway Avenue.

Young also said the motorcyclist was ejected following the crash and died at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with police, Young said.

The collision reconstruction team was at the scene collecting evidence to determine the cause.

There is no word on the age of sex for the motorcyclist.
