A missing woman was last seen in the Montreal Road area on Friday afternoon

The Ottawa Police Service is requesting assistance in locating Hazel Yearwood.

She was last seen on Montreal Road. & Center St. around 1:40 p.m. Friday.

She is described as a black female, 5’3, slim, curly black hair, wearing a white polo shirt, khaki shorts, dark blue handbag, and possibly wearing glasses.

Hazel Yearwood suffers from mild cognitive impairment, short-term memory loss and takes medication for high blood pressure.

Anyone who sees Ms. Yearwood is asked to call the Ottawa Police Service – Central Personnel Office at 613-236-1222 ext. 5212.
