This is what Disney posted on Threads the other day, and people immediately responded with lines of Star Wars, The Hunchback of Notre Dameand even Mary Poppins. The common thread between all the quotes: they were clearly anti-fascist and clearly directed against the current administration.
Apparently Disney either couldn’t handle the anti-fascist messages in its own films or was too afraid of upsetting the powers that be, because it quickly removed the message. Luckily, one resourceful Threads user recorded it for posterity, reminding us that yes, the human world is actually a mess.
