The ETF is up 27% in 2025. French Prime Minister Resigns After French Prime Minister SĂ©bastien Lecornu resigned today, the Ishares MSCI France ETF (EWQ) fell 1.6% as some analysts predicted more political and perhaps economic uncertainty in the Fifth Republic. The EWQ is up 23% so far this year and is just 1.6% off the hit last week. Israel amid a possible political breakthrough that could end the two-year war between Hamas and Israel, the Ishares MSCI Israel ETF (EIS) rose 0.8% today, enough to hit a new all-time high. EIA increased by 31% year-on-year. In the two years since the start of the war, EIA has increased by 86%.
