Lawyer S.arivazhagan, comparing for TVK, mentioned before judge Mr. Dhandapani, urging the court to take Suo motu into account and to ensure a impartial investigation. ADGP of law and order, Davidson Devasirvatham told journalists that TVK had asked for authorization to carry out the rally in a place called Light House Raundana.
