The toll reaches 40

TVK approaches the high court of Madras

Lawyer S.arivazhagan, comparing for TVK, mentioned before judge Mr. Dhandapani, urging the court to take Suo motu into account and to ensure a impartial investigation. The advocacy stressed that only an independent agency could discover the failures that led to the loss of large -scale lives during the party’s public meeting, in accordance with the Ani news agency.
The judge ordered defenders to file a detailed petition before the Madurai bench of the High Court. The case should be taken to hear on Monday, September 29.
The police describe the developments
ADGP of law and order, Davidson Devasirvatham told journalists that TVK had asked for authorization to carry out the rally in a place called Light House Raundana. Meanwhile, the judge of the high retirement court Aruna Jagadeesan, who was appointed by the government of the State for a detailed investigation into the Karur rally, arrived on the accident site.
