The joint venture Dilip Buildcon wins 100 mW solar power project for Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam

The infrastructure company Dilip BuildCon LTD LTD Monday October 6, said that the company, through its DBL-APMP Cotext (DBL 74% and APMPL 26%), received an acceptance letter (LOA) to develop a 100 MW power project on the soil network.

The project is to provide power to Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJNM) for a period of 25 years from the date of commissioning. The project, awarded by MPJNM, is domestic in nature and will be developed within the framework of a general contract.

It will be executed over a 24 -month construction period, followed by a supply period of 25 years. The power will be provided at a rate of 2.09 ₹ per unit using non -DCR panels.

The solar project will be established in the villages of Ramnagar and Dhanwada in Suwasra Tehsil, district of Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. MPJNM will provide approximately 315 acres of land for the project and will contribute 31.20 crosses as a equity or a similar instrument to hold a 26%participation, in accordance with the requirements in captive mode.

First trimester results

Dilip Buildcon declared a jumper of 93.6% in annual sliding of the consolidated net profit at 271 crosses for the T1 FY6, supported by improved margins and an exceptional gain of 169.3 crore of ₹. The EBITDA increased by 8.7% to 520 sterling books, while the Baiia margin is highly increased to 19.8%, compared to 15.2% last year.

However, income decreased by 16.4% in annual sliding to 2,620 sterling books, reflecting the wider slowdown in the EPC (engineering, purchase and construction) control activity.

The Dilip BuildCon command book amounted to 13,695 crosses on June 30, 2025. Roads and highways represented 17.8% of the order book, while Mining contributed to the largest share at 28.9%. Irrigation, tunnels, water supply, optical fibers, urban development, bridges and metro projects explained the rest.

The actions of Dilip Buildcon Ltd ended at 514.50 ₹, up 10.05 ₹, or 1.99%, on the ESB.
