22V Research believes that the current macroeconomic backdrop is particularly favorable to AT-NVID growth price actions such as NVIDIA. The actions characterized in the At-A-Lorer, or Garp growth price strategy combine characteristics of growth and value stocks while avoiding the extremes of one or the other practice. More specifically, Garp companies tend to have strong profits, but still have relatively reasonable assessments. In a Sunday note, research 22V argued that it is now as good as anything for investors to consider buying Garp actions, which, depending on the company, have already started to bounce back. “The S&P Garp Basket has won 6.1% since August and 2.9% (week to week). Mixing growth and value seem to be more and more attractive given the performance trends, macro backdrop and the spread of the extreme evaluation between value and growth,” wrote Dennis Debusschere, president of 22V and strategy of the chief market. Nvidia’s shares have already climbed 38% so far this year on the back of the enthusiasm of continuous artificial intelligence. Last week, the shares reached a record level, which puts the market capitalization of the share greater than 4.5 billions of dollars. But despite this rupture, 22V still thinks that the manufacturer of ia fleas is considered to be a garp stock, a reasonable assessment compared to its growth potential. In a note on Monday, Goldman Sachs increased Nvidia’s price target at $ 210 per share, compared to $ 200, which implies a gain of 12% of the fence on Friday. The bank currently has a purchase note on the name. As a catalyst, analyst James Schneider highlighted Nvidia’s investments and partnerships with companies such as Openai. “We expect a short-term force in the fundamental principles of Nvidia motivated by the increase in hyperscalers and non-traditional customers-and continue to see the contribution of income from the dominant hyperscaller the company’s income mixture,” he wrote.
