41-year-old man died after being stabbed ‘without provocation’ in Mississauga

Victim identified as Mohamed Ahmed, of Mississauga; 17-year-old boy charged with first degree murder

A 41-year-old man has died and a 17-year-old has been charged with first-degree murder after being stabbed in Mississauga on Tuesday night.

Peel Regional Police say they believe it was a random attack.

The victim has been identified as Mohamed Ahmed of Mississauga.

Peel Cops say they were called to Roche Court in Erin Mills Pkwy. and Fowler Dr. area, around 6:35 p.m.

Officers discovered that the man suffered life-threatening injuries. He was rushed to hospital, where he died.

The accused cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
