19-year-old man seriously injured after being struck by vehicle in Mississauga

A 19-year-old man is hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga.

Peel Regional Police were called to Britannia Road East and Queen Street at around 7.15pm on Friday to reports that a pedestrian had been hit.

A 19-year-old man was assessed at the scene and rushed to a trauma center with serious injuries.

The driver remained at the scene, police said.
